Senior Staff Tech Lead Manager, Simulator Efficiency

📋 Description

• Lead efficiency efforts for the Simulator Platform across CPU/RAM/TPU/GPU resources.
• Guide strategy for the entire Simulator software stack, from low-level optimization to high-level
• Collaborate with evaluation and infrastructure teams to remove compute bottlenecks.
• Design and optimize simulator for high throughput and large-scale runs.
• Develop scalable performance evaluation and change-management processes.
• Minimize CPU usage, RAM, and latency; optimize workload placement (CPU/GPU/TPU).

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS, EE, Robotics, Physics, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record setting technical vision, roadmaps, and leading senior engineering teams
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and leaders
• 6+ years in large-scale or high-complexity systems
• Solid software management in infrastructure/systems/performance domains
• Extensive experience as technical lead in performance/infrastructure
