📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, make adjustments as needed
• Establish continuous improvement culture, processes and tools
• Define and enforce best practices for production environments operations
• Facilitate R&D teams in release planning and delivery process
• Ensure cross-organizational communication and strategic status reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management with SaaS product lifecycles
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional global teams
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile
• Strong analytical skills to resolve release issues
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with AWS is an advantage
