🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Eng, Systems Eng, Robotics, or related field.
7+ years TPM experience in hardware/software integration, V&V, or safety-critical systems.
Inquisitive, highly technical mindset; adept at negotiating to protect the critical path.
Translate bottlenecks into data-backed executive narratives.
