Lead cross-functional strategy to scale fleet and enter new cities/states
Oversee cloud systems that pair rider requests with bots and fleet charging
Collaborate with Product Software, Data Science, Fleet Ops to ship improvements
Orchestrate test fleet with data strategy to optimize mileage and geofences
Define KPIs and provide data-backed plans to drive action

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field
7+ years TPM experience with large-scale cloud systems
Metric-first leadership, KPI definition and instrumentation
Ability to translate complex bottlenecks into executive narratives
