📋 Description

• Serve as the senior program owner and trusted advisor for cross-functional security initiatives
• Establish a consistent operating system for GSO programs and operational work, including program
• Build integrated visibility into GSO priorities and progress, connecting team-level goals and
• Bring knowledge of the security domain to complement program management rigor such that risks can
• Drive convergence on project issues when teams disagree, resolve cross-functional deadlocks, and
• Identify systemic opportunities to improve execution, including automation, AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years driving large-scale, cross-functional technical programs across engineering, security
• Deep technical fluency and credibility in modern tech and security domains—such as
• Proven ability to define multi-year roadmaps, operationalize quarterly goals, and balance pragmatic
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, program strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus, hold
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, skilled at producing both crisp executive narratives
