Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager - Live Service Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with dept managers to translate strategy into technical roadmaps and timelines
• Influence cross-functional decisions across engineering, manufacturing, product, operations, and strategy
• Establish standard reports for stakeholder visibility on status, risks, and accomplishments
• Define and develop KPIs to measure progress toward goals
• Ensure program goals align with business objectives and maintain momentum
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle platforms, software lifecycle, safety, and live robotaxi ops

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in engineering, PM, or consulting focused on product launches
• Experience driving complex SW/HW integration and cross-functional programs
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and enabling teams
• Proficient with project tools (Gantt, risk matrix, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Excellent written/presentation/verbal skills and ability to visualize KPIs and risks
