📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional mechanical design projects from concept to high-volume manufacturing
• Drive project schedules, identify critical path risks, and mitigate them
• Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, and supply chain for DFM
• Coordinate first-of-a-kind build activities and system integration
• Manage prototyping and support modeling to validate designs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical PM with mechanical engineering or complex systems
• Proven track record in hardware development or high-volume manufacturing
• Navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams on tight timelines
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide design trade-offs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Systems Engineering; Master’s/MBA preferred
