📋 Description

• Owns the strategy to workstream translation, decomposing strategic direction into defined
• Owns technical program delivery for secure-by-default initiatives, tooling rollouts, and
• Coordinates cross-team dependencies and release coordination where Product Security gates an
• Serves as the first stop for engineering-facing delivery escalations when security work is blocked
• Decides how strategy decomposes into workstreams, program structure and sequencing, technical
• Provides recommendations on prioritization tradeoffs across programs and which initiatives to stop

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 12 years of technical program or project management, with 3+ in security, product security, or a
• Hands-on software development background or enough time embedded with engineering teams to read a
• Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous strategic goal and produce a sequenced, resourced
• Experience in a large-scale product engineering organization shipping continuously at high volume.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery through teams that do not report to them.
