📋 Description

• Lead technical program management for Hivemind customer programs.
• Develop execution plans to mature technology and deliver outcomes.
• Set milestones, criteria, and metrics across programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resources; track budgets.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation to reduce uncertainty.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and accountability across stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management in a fast-paced tech org.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with software, systems, external stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, roadmaps, schedules, risk strategies.
• Strong software lifecycle, release planning, and product roadmap understanding.
• Experience with customer-facing programs, SOWs, and business development activities.
