📋 Description

• Own object detection quality, work with product and safety partners on short- and long-term goals
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps to achieve object detection quality goals
• Lead analysis of real-world object detection issues; define requirements to improve quality
• Build resilient, high-performing teams through people development and hiring
• Contribute to technical roadmaps; define team OKRs and drive roadmap execution
• Make project staffing and technical decisions; drive escalations; accountable for delivering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent deep learning experience
• 5+ years in Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision
• 3+ years in managing ML engineering or research teams
• Experience with Python
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
