Lead complex research programs across product teams.
Own research strategy for a product area and shape roadmaps.
Design and execute end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research.
Translate user research into product and design recommendations.
Partner with PMs and Designers to frame problems and influence roadmaps.
Prototype internal tooling to accelerate insights (custom scripts, AI agents).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of user research on digital products in fast-paced or technically complex environments.
Track record/portfolio showing impact; integrate insights into design/product strategy.
Ability to navigate ambiguous problems while maintaining high execution standards.
Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional influence.
Experience building internal tooling (Zapier, Claude, Notion, GPTs).
Experience researching AI-powered products and conversational experiences.
