Senior Staff UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design across the full product lifecycle—from early discovery, user journeys, and
• Craft seamless, intuitive experiences for our consumer-facing mobile applications and build
• Map and optimize the complex service workflows that connect merchant fulfillment, ground
• Design sophisticated internal tools and operational dashboards used to configure, monitor, and
• Partner with UX Research to design user interviews, studies, and testing, translating qualitative
• Contribute to, evolve, and scale the design system and visual language across the Wing ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in design, product design, or interaction design, with a proven track
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process, systems thinking, interaction
• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, product, graphic, visual communications, industrial)
• Experience designing for complex, multi-sided ecosystems (e.g., marketplaces connecting consumers
• Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, rapid and AI-assisted
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in high-ambiguity environments, framing complex
