Senior/Staff UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Define and lead a strategic research agenda to shift product and business strategy
• Build durable frameworks: mindsets, segmentation, journeys, and jobs-to-be-done
• Create trust with internal stakeholders and maintain key customer relationships
• Partner with field insights, product analytics, and data science to triangulate signals
• Own a prioritized program of work that moves the business
• Influence product, design, and leadership by translating research into strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years UX research (Staff) or 5+ years (Senior) with strategy impact
• Experience building frameworks: segmentation, mindsets, journey maps
• Hands-on with AI to improve research operations/analyses
• Proven track record designing, validating, and analyzing large surveys/telemetry
• Fluent in qualitative and quantitative methods; collaborate with data science
• Portfolio showing strategic, org-wide impact; travel 3–4x/year
