Senior/Staff UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Define and lead a strategic research agenda shaping product and business strategy
• Build durable frameworks: mindsets, segmentation, journey maps, jobs-to-be-done
• Partner with field insights, product analytics and data science to triangulate signals
• Own a prioritized program of work that moves the business
• Translate research into clear direction for product, design and execs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years UX research (Staff) or 5+ years (Senior) with impact
• Experience building frameworks adopted across the organization
• Hands-on AI to improve research operations/ analyses
• Proven track record designing, validating, and analyzing large-scale surveys and telemetry data
• Portfolio or work samples showing strategic, organization-wide impact
