📋 Description

• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated business needs
• Maintain regular communication and ongoing relationships with prospective candidates to ensure
• Continuously expand candidate networks in strategic geographic markets
• Support proactive recruiting requirements for pipeline opportunities, task orders, and proposal
• Assist with candidate identification and staffing strategy development during capture and proposal
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for both immediate and future opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-7 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business development leadership
• Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
