📋 Description

• Independently lead statistical design and analysis for preclinical studies, including
• Build and apply population PK/PD models, including nonlinear mixed-effects and exposure-response
• Conduct exploratory and hypothesis-generating analyses for endpoint development, target discovery
• Serve as the statistical point of contact for preclinical studies and cross-functional R&D
• Apply survival analysis, longitudinal and mixed-effects modeling, simulation-based power
• Develop and contribute to reproducible statistical reporting and internal documentation using tools

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Pharmacometrics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of relevant statistical experience, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage a
• Hands-on experience with population PK/PD modeling using tools such as WinNonLin, NONMEM, nlmixr2
• Strong knowledge of nonlinear mixed-effects modeling and exposure-response analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in experimental design, survival analysis, longitudinal analysis, and
