Senior Stock Plan Administrator

📋 Description

• End-to-end admin of global equity programs (grants, releases, ESPP)
• Manage equity transactions: grants, releases, exercises, cancellations
• Coordinate ESPP enrollments with Payroll and Schwab
• Oversee quarterly/year-end close, audits, SOX and ASC 718 compliance
• Partner with Legal/HR/Tax/Payroll/Finance for data accuracy
• Prepare equity materials for SEC filings and proxy statements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Admin, Finance, or Accounting
• 4+ years in equity compensation, ideally in a public global company
• Deep knowledge of ISOs/NSOs/RSUs/ESPP and related compliance, tax, reporting
• Experience with equity platforms like Charles Schwab EquiView
• SOX and ASC 718 compliance experience
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, and equity-related financial reporting
