Senior Stock Plan Administrator

📋 Description

• Serve as SME in global equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPP)
• Manage end-to-end processing of equity transactions in EquiView
• Coordinate ESPP enrollment and cycles with Payroll and Schwab
• Oversee quarterly and year-end close and audits, including SOX and ASC 718
• Proactively plan with Legal/HR/Tax/Payroll/Finance for data accuracy
• Analyze and reconcile equity data; prepare month-end journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
• 4+ years hands-on equity compensation experience
• In-depth knowledge of EquiView or equivalent systems
• Strong ISO/NSO/RSU/ESPP knowledge; compliance, tax, reporting
• SOX and ASC 718 experience with audits and reporting
• Experience with complex reconciliations, close processes, equity reporting
