Senior Strategic Consultant - Professional Services

📋 Description

• Own the delivery of strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery through completion
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for the services being delivered to the customer
• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, working methods, deliverables, and success criteria
• Build and manage delivery plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead managed-services engagements as the delivery owner and project manager
• Maintain a proactive service roadmap and identify the right missions, workshops, analyses, training

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, digital
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from discovery through delivery
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead workshops
• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous customer
• Practical experience with digital analytics, business intelligence, conversion optimization
