📋 Description

• Support company-wide planning & forecasting (AOP, LRP, re-forecasts).
• Own revenue and cash-flow forecasting end-to-end.
• Own the 5-year strategic plan; translate initiatives into numbers.
• Deliver executive & board-level reporting; explain variances.
• Support investor relations & M&A; due diligence and target modeling.
• Integrate AI into FP&A; drive automation and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A or strategic finance in high-growth environments.
• SaaS metrics expertise: ARR, NRR, gross retention.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented with an ownership mentality.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI and integrating AI into finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
