Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their
• Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor
• Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver
• Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it
• Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own
• Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its
• Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and
• Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin
• Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
