Senior Strategic Program Lead

📋 Description

• Own regional launch readiness for local markets (language, payments, regs).
• Surface region friction; elevate issues to PM/Product with clear resolution paths.
• Adapt global programs for local context with policy/workflow customization.
• Partner with CX/Ops/Risk/Compliance for local quality and risks; monthly SLA reports.
• Represent regional customers in global forums; ensure roadmap reflects needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program management for customer support operations with tech integrations.
• Strong data and analytics using regional data to prioritise issues and measure CX.
• Experience in regulated markets (EMEA/APAC) with AML/KYC and financial regs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Ops to drive programs across geographies.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.
