🎯 Requirements

8+ years of project/program management experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at company level
Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders (VPs+)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to influence without authority
