📋 Description

• Identify, scope, and support resourcing for project demands
• Plan, execute, and complete projects across departments
• Facilitate meetings; assign action items and follow-ups
• Establish KPIs and monitor project impact
• Lead project reviews and retrospectives to improve processes
• Leverage partnerships with stakeholders across the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced tech org
• Bachelor’s; Master’s in Business, Finance, CS, or related field a plus
• PMBOK competency; PMP certification preferred
• Identifying, scoping, and managing complex cross-functional tech projects
• Advanced facilitation for trainings, workshops, and executive briefings
• Exceptional stakeholder management; influence and conflict resolution
