Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations for software, AI, cloud, infra, security, dev tools.
• Partner with Eng, Security, Product, Finance, Legal, IT, and Ops to accelerate outcomes.
• Structure agreements balancing speed, flexibility, cost, and long-term value.
• Negotiate from tactical purchases to $1M+ strategic vendor relationships.
• Own sourcing events, pricing, contracts, renewals, and supplier relations.
• Provide market insights to influence vendor and investment decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or negotiations.
• Proven experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, AI, infra, or tech deals $1M+.
• Strong commercial judgment for creative, win-win agreements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with Eng, Security, Product, Finance, and Legal.
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Builder mindset for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for creating commercial frameworks to move faster and scale.
