Senior Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead AI and digital strategy engagements end-to-end, from discovery to roadmap and pilot planning
• Map journeys, workflows, and decision points to identify AI-enabled business lift
• Build business cases with KPIs and executive alignment
• Produce prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences for clients
• Partner with client SMEs to encode knowledge into AI-ready assets
• Define governance for responsible AI, privacy, human-in-the-loop controls

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business analysis, management consulting, or product strategy
• Deep understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI
• Experience prototyping and launching AI products on Microsoft Azure Foundry
• Lead end-to-end discovery and strategy: interviews, journey mapping, sizing, prioritization, roadmap
• Experience creating executive-ready narratives and aligning senior stakeholders
• Strong applied experience with AI tools for strategy, prototyping, and productivity
• Hands-on prompt engineering, agent workflows, and lightweight AI prototyping
