Senior Strategist

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients by framing complex challenges and actionable strategies.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define missions, visions, goals, and measurable KPIs/OKRs.
• Lead strategic planning, executive workshops, stakeholder engagements, prioritization.
• Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, and current-state assessments.
• Synthesize complex information into clear findings and executive-level recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to create tangible business value and shape follow-on work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Public Policy, English, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic communications, consulting, public affairs, transformation, or related.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong relationship-building; able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Experience facilitating exec-level discussions, workshops, and planning.
