Senior Strategist or Design Strategist; Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to translate priorities into strategic actions.
• Lead design strategy engagements and create actionable deliverables.
• Translate insights into visual narratives, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity to drive decisions.
• Mentor team members and strengthen LINK's strategy practice.
• Oversee program management tasks for assigned contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic communication, public affairs, program management, or strategy development.
• 7+ years program/project management experience with Agile methodologies.
• Government contracting experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Security clearance as required by contracts.
