Senior Strategist or Design Strategist; Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and collaborate with executives to meet client goals.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Develop design strategy approaches aligning needs, objectives, and mission.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity and alignment.
• Translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and visuals.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking to projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, English, business, or related field
• 10+ years in strategic comms, public affairs, program mgmt, or strategy
• 7+ years program/project management; experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple projects with accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Government contracting experience
