Senior Strategist; Program Manager (Ft. Meade)

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand challenges and define missions, goals, and KPIs/OKRs.
• Collaborate with clients through meetings and workshops to co-create solutions.
• Perform primary and secondary research to inform strategic direction.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking to complex problem sets.
• Work iteratively by gathering feedback to refine solutions.
• Identify opportunities to create value via current-state assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in strategic communication, public affairs, PM, or strategy development
• 7+ years PM/Project management with Agile methods and delivery best practices
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI and polygraph required
• Government contracting experience
• Experience with human-centered design and design thinking principles
