• Set the standard for how Matillion measures performance.
• Lead MQBR and executive offsite agendas; structure narratives and drive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy, business operations or high-growth B2B SaaS, with prior experience orchestrating MBR, QBR, or Board-level cadences.
• Deep fluency in core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline coverage) and how they drive strategic decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial and operational modelling, plus BI tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Sigma).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including building clean slides and tight narratives for senior leaders.
• High self-direction with the ability to scope, prioritise, and execute end-to-end initiatives without a prescribed playbook.
• A direct, low-ego communication style that delivers uncomfortable findings transparently while remaining open to challenge.
