📋 Description

• Own a strategy or transformation workstream end to end
• Shape the research brief and methodology
• Lead qualitative research end to end, design and analyse quantitative research, mine client and
• Frame ambiguous problems cleanly and guide others through structured analysis
• Question whether the stated problem is the right one, and reframe it when it is not
• Build evidence-backed propositions and strategic directions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a strategy consultancy, digital agency, transformation practice or in-house strategy
• Hands-on qualitative and quantitative research and synthesis
• Experience contributing to new propositions, services or business models, or to organisational and
• Practical use of AI tools to speed up research, analysis and hypothesis testing
• Confident workshop facilitation and presentation to senior stakeholders
