Senior Structural Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects from concept through
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and team resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and BIM professionals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop
• Review and oversee engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure project designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience, including leadership of complex
• Demonstrated project management experience working with owners, contractors, and other engineering
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, and RISA 3D.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards, including IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC.
