📋 Description

• Prepare accurate structural calculations and construction documents that meet established quality
• Design lateral and gravity structural systems within areas of technical expertise, including
• Develop sketches and drawings for unique structural details and provide clear modeling and drafting
• Perform quality control of personal work and provide technical options and recommendations to
• Develop sprint plans and communicate the approach, required tasks, estimated hours, priorities, and
• Identify high-impact, low-risk activities that can maintain project momentum and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a
• 5+ years of experience designing structural systems involving concrete, steel, masonry, and
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and the ability to develop coherent
• Ability to provide effective modeling and drafting direction and understand the expected final
