📋 Description

• Own payload mechanical integration across customer variants.
• Design primary structure for launch vehicle envelope.
• Lead dispenser architecture trade decisions and integration for campaigns.
• Collaborate across disciplines on mass properties and simulation toolchain.
• Plan mechanical integration for multi-satellite stacking and PUG compliance.
• Design for manufacturing to scale to hundreds of spacecraft per year.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years spacecraft structural design and analysis (primary structure, FEA).
• Payload mechanical integration experience (mounting interfaces, ICDs).
• Experience with launch vehicle mechanical interfaces (adapters, separation systems, dispensers).
• CAD and FEA tool proficiency (NASTRAN/Abaqus/ANSYS).
• Mass properties management for flight programs.
