Senior SuccessFactors Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, administer, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including foundation
• Own and maintain Position Management structures, including organizational charts and company
• Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including templates, worksheets, guidelines
• Support configuration across additional SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems, overseeing field mapping
• Document system data flows and configuration processes to support audit requirements, data

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience administering SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on configuration
• Required experience with Employee Central, Position Management, and Compensation; exposure to
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, including foundation objects, business rules
• Experience supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, including
• Working familiarity with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence tool, including dashboard
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, including headcount, compensation, position management
