📋 Description

• Review and update progress, cost reports, and schedules, escalating risks to the Senior
• Direct and coordinate subcontractor and field personnel across multiple concurrent work areas or a
• Contribute to schedule sequencing decisions and constructability input during preconstruction.
• Confirm subcontractor work and materials comply with contract documents and quality specifications
• Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractor representatives for owned work areas.
• Support project closeout, including settling financial obligations, demobilizing resources, and

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field
• 4+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in an assistant superintendent or
• Direct experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences (Level 3–5), and data center quality
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages.
• Proficiency with standard PC and business communication tools, including scheduling/project
