Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare

📋 Description

• Lead supplier industrialization for EW electronics, from early PCBA builds and new product
• Own electrical commodities and subcategories including rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCBs/PCBAs
• Develop and execute supplier production strategies that support the transition from NPI to
• Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities, facilities, factory layouts, equipment, and workforce
• Partner with engineering and suppliers to identify and mitigate DFM, DFT, and DFA risks before
• Lead manufacturing process development at supplier sites, including new production lines, tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, supply chain, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or a related function
• Deep hands-on knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, including SMT processing, wave or selective
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing standards, including IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001
• Demonstrated expertise in design for manufacturing, design for test, and design for assembly.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
