📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced
• Drive the entire product industrialization lifecycle, from influencing early Design for
• Resolve high-impact, complex technical issues at supplier sites by coordinating cross-functional
• Determine the methods and procedures for new supplier programs, supervising supplier resources to
• Act as a project leader and mentor, holding domestic and international CMs accountable to rigorous
• Network with key stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with Form Energy’s technology roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of large electromechanical
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep experience implementing PPAP, conducting SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request)
• Demonstrated mastery in developing design documentation (BOMs, drawing packages), assembly testing
• Ability to lead without formal authority, removing 'blocks' for the team and providing technical
• Extensive experience in the build, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage or high-power
