Coordinate supply of finished product, bulk, APIs, or materials with internal/external plants
Support financial plan and long-range planning cycles with data input
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and drive root-cause resolution
Keep SAP and JDA up to date; inform customers of supply updates and risks
Participate in plant meetings to review performance and propose improvements
Lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations; drive continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor or Master, operations/supply chain or business mgmt
Minimum 5 years in a similar environment
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Team player with improvement focus and results orientation
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proven problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
