Own ops execution across contract manufacturers to meet delivery and cost.
Lead demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory mgmt, and scheduling.
Drive supplier programs; manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and escalations.
Prepare performance data and supplier scorecards for reviews.
Own supply chain reporting; use data-driven insights to cut costs.
Contribute to S&OP with inputs, inventory analysis, capacity, and scenario modeling for exec decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business/Economics, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or program management.
Experience with contract manufacturers at tactical and strategic levels.
Proven ability to own supply chain programs and drive results across stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and ERP systems (Sage ERP, Arena PLM, Netstock).
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
