Independently own and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers.
Lead investigations into high-severity issues and liaise during incidents.
Produce minimal reproductions, reusable snippets, and structured reports.
Mentor other Support Engineers and improve investigation/communication processes.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to surface patterns and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Remote on the West Coast (PDT) in North America
4+ years in developer support or engineering roles
Strong debugging of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web apps (Next.js)
Proven ability to own complex issues from diagnosis to resolution
Clear communication and mentorship capabilities
Bias toward improving systems, docs, and processes
