📋 Description

  • Zendesk expertise: triggers, automations, Liquid Markup, API usage, Contextual Workspaces.
  • JSON and JavaScript; hands-on with n8n or Zapier for middleware automation.
  • QA discipline: test cases, staging environments, regression testing, UAT.
  • Documentation that engineers trust and agents can follow.
  • Backup strategies and disaster recovery planning for SaaS tooling.
