📋 Description

  • Own the Zendesk stack: routing, triggers, SLAs, and Contextual Workspaces.
  • Build and maintain integrations across Zendesk Suite, ZIS, Intercom, n8n, and Zapier.
  • Define QA for system changes: test plans, staging, UAT, and regression tests.
  • Design and maintain disaster recovery for the support infrastructure: backups and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Support Operations, Systems Analysis, or a SaaS tech ops role.
  • Zendesk expertise: triggers, automations, Liquid, API, Contextual Workspaces.
  • JSON and JavaScript fluency; hands-on with n8n or Zapier.
  • Proven QA discipline: test cases, staging environments, regression testing, UAT.
  • Documentation writing that engineers trust and agents can follow.
  • Backup strategies and disaster recovery planning for SaaS tooling.
