Review study designs and optimize questionnaires for programming and data outputs.
Accurately program studies into Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveys.
Ensure completion of survey programming by deadlines and notify teams when needed.
Identify and implement innovative programming techniques for challenges when needed.
Integrate complex logic (display logic, branching, skip logic, termination) and media components when needed.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in written and verbal English.
Strong communication with Knit’s US-based customers via email/Zoom.
Experience in a client-facing role.
6+ years in survey programming with Qualtrics (complex surveys, logic, JavaScript).
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
3+ years in Market Research (large firms preferred).
