Develop design, integration, and validation plans for ride quality and safety.
Plan and execute vehicle-level integration including HIL testing and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution via data/log reviews and hardware investigations.

🎯 Requirements

Strong foundation in vehicle dynamics, structural mechanics, and control.
Experience with suspension modeling and simulation tools (ADAMS, MATLAB/Simulink).
Model-based design for automotive systems.
Proficiency in IBM DOORS or Siemens Polarion for requirements.
Knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet automotive networks.
UDS diagnostics and ISO 26262 functional safety knowledge.
