Senior Sustainability Manager

📋 Description

• Own the development of Monzo's financed emissions data and methodologies (PCAF).
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional sustainability projects.
• Embed climate risk into decision-making with Risk, Finance, Product.
• Support regulatory disclosures (TCFD, ISSB, CSRD) with audit-ready outputs.
• Define KPIs, produce MI and board-level reports on sustainability.
• Translate commitments into scalable data insights and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on carbon accounting in financial services (PCAF, Scope 3).
• Deep understanding of climate risk in banks; practical application.
• Strong data fluency; navigate datasets and partner with analysts.
• Banking context; collaborate with Risk, Finance and Product.
• Proven track record turning complex sustainability problems into outcomes.
• Clear communicator with ability to influence stakeholders.
