🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in systems engineering, mission systems architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and integrating complex systems and software.
• Experience with SysML, MBSE, architecture tools, and COTS/GOTS integration.
• Strong understanding of secure systems design, cyber resilience, and mission assurance.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring high-performing staff.
