🎯 Requirements

8–12+ years hands-on IBM AIX and pSeries administration.
Deep understanding of AIX OS and Power Systems architecture.
Strong experience with PowerVM, VIOS, and HMC.
Power8/Power9/Power10 architectures; hardware and OS troubleshooting.
Expert in DLPAR, LPM, virtual networking/storage, NPIV, and SAN storage.
OS migrations (6.1, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3) and VIOS upgrades.
