Senior System Engineer, Enterprise (CEE)

📋 Description

• Partner with your AE on account strategy: which opportunities to pursue, how to position against
• Run discovery with infrastructure, platform and application teams; translate business requirements
• Design and present solutions across FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, Evergreen and Pure Fusion —
• Own proofs of concept, benchmarks and competitive evaluations end to end
• Work alongside our Polish partners (resellers, MSPs, system integrators) so the customer gets one
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and tenders

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise pre-sales experience: you've carried technical responsibility for large-account deals
• Depth in infrastructure — storage (block, file, object), data protection, virtualisation
• Fluent Polish and English (both required — you'll be presenting and writing in both)
• Commercial instinct: you understand what drives a customer's decision beyond the spec sheet, and
• Curiosity — you like getting hands-on with new technology and showing it to people
